We have been very happy with Powercode and avoiding it all together.   They get 
turned off after 5 days if they haven’t paid automatically.   The vast majority 
take care if it right away.   Others might go a day or two, but we never have 
to intervene at all.  However, we don’t have large business customers, it is 
all small business or residential.   We have never had anyone that didn’t take 
care of it themselves, but if it happened, we would just notify them after 30 
days of the service being turned off that we would be out to pick up the 
equipment.  Everything we have is month to month, so there are never any 
contracts that customers owe on.

We have a local attorney that does it for us and it doesn't cost us any money. 
He takes a 1/3
but it gets charged back to the customer in the end. It's been pretty painless 
for us.
