Thanks but we have talked to him multiple times. No longer interested in a company that never calls back and cuts you off multiple times. I don't run my company that way and when I have to get involved because they can't be bothered to talk to my tech who was tasked with making the decision and getting it running, that tells me a lot about their customer service.
I would rather get an integrated solution anyway if possible but I needed the hotspot quickly. It's good to be busy, it's bad to diss companies that are trying to give you business. So, we are ready to ditch Wispmon, have no interest in deploying Sonar since it doesn't have the features we need, and find something that can use Mikrotik devices since we have so many egress points. We already wrote one in house we deployed for MDU units so I'll upgrade it if there isn't a better product available. However, if there is something else out there that can do WISP and Hot-Spots, I'd be very interested in looking at it immediately.
