You can use just the base unit. Connect pwr 2 to the battery and pwr 1
to an AC wall wart. Under analog I/O you can read the voltage on both
ports. When pwr1 is 0 you have no AC power. Pwr 2 you can graph to
monitor your battery voltage.

Since there isn't any documentation about this product I thought I
would ask the smart people here.
I have some sites that are protected from outages by 12vdc DC batteries
and Tripplite APS chargers. Since there isn't a way to monitor the
voltage when there is an outage natively, I thought that this product
might fit the bill. Especially since I have PF gear at every site.
If I just want to monitor 12vdc voltage would this work with a say a 10
amp fuse inline just in case?
