[AFMUG] Colo on Verizon owned Tower

I noticed one of my competitors service trucks inside of the fence of one
of Verizon's owned sites.

Does anyone have contact info on how you obtain a lease from them? Just to
clarify this is not a CCI or ATC Tower.
