In any event, there is, embedded in every single email header the instructions on how to unsubscribe. List-Unsubscribe: http://afmug.com/mailman/options/af mailto:[email protected] subject=unsubscribe Once you do that, then Amazon will send you an email verifying that you did want to unsubscribe. You have to click on that link too. It takes some time. Perhaps a couple of hours for the whole process.
