Hey Andreas,

What Firmware version are you running?  Cambium had an FPGA fix implemented for some of the fail cases of this nature with these in v14.1.2(+).  If you're already deployed with that or higher, however, you're quite unfortunately looking at a chipset defect which you will have to RMA replace.
