I like our Anritsu MT9090A with the 1310/1550/1650 option.

It runs all the normal OTDR functions but can also shoot back toward a live 
GPON circuit using the 1650 wavelength so that you can troubleshoot back toward 
a live splitter without disturbing all of the other customers.
