Word of advice - negotiating this successfully requires absolute skill, both from the coordinator and the law firm that you use. The way that you coordinate, answer objections, and what you include in the applications as well as timing of responses, applications, etc. will be critical to success or failure. There are only two coordinators capable of success here and one of them - starts with an M but they are seriously ethically conflicted as they represent the other side. I’m not affiliated with any of them but really there is only one choice.
