Does anybody have any rules of thumb they go by for budgeting for repairs of aerial fiber? I'm sure eventually a tree will fall on a line or a truck will take out a pole. Just trying to do my Boy Scout duty and be prepared. Any insight from people who've been there would be helpful. Thanks, Adam
