Are you sending them more than you intend? You could be tripping THEIR prefix 
limit.

I did google that, but still didnt understand it. 
we get roughly 685k prefixes on each of the instances 
I couldnt find any hard upper limit on this ccr1072 


The overall CPU load tends to be around 1% with cpu 38 pegging, im assuming 
thats the one handling BGP
