Customers are spoiled nowadays with many of our users doing 25-40 GB of usage per DAY. So if they were paying $10/GB, their cellular bill after one day would be $250 to $400 per day based on their usage on our unlimited plans with fixed wireless today.
Some want to complain if they are down a couple hours and ask for a free month credit when I'd really like to reply to them that they'll receive a 4 hour credit on their $68 bill which comes out to $0.38 for their 4 hours of downtime. Most people don't actually NEED a backup service and if they do, they should learn how to use their mobile hotspot on Verizon or AT&T which includes 15GB of usage every month which is plenty for work, checking email, etc. If won't fulfill their WANTS like video streaming, gaming, downloads, etc. and that's what they seem to care about the most.
