Ultimately I'm wondering if a line replacement is pointless or a good idea.
We had a Rocket that just all of a sudden would negotiate at 10 meg (instead of 100). It passed a few kbps but nothing really. Should be passing 50+ Meg. I go to the site and try 100 full static on both sides. No link. Replaced card and POE and it started working. Chugging fine now but I wasn't sure what the collective does.
