This is to notify the African Wikimedians mailing list of a draft proposal we
are working on at

As part of the interventions to address the decreasing levels of participation
in our community, this proposal intends to study a cross-section of Ghanaian
Wikipedia editors to assess factors that influence their editing patterns and
seek out possible ways to increase their activity.
