On behalf of the Wikimedia Morocco User Group, we're happy to share two
important resources that we believe are important for our community and
partners:
1.
Our First Strategic Plan (2025-2028): We're quite proud of this, as it's
our first strategic plan! It was developed collaboratively with input from
the community and sets out our direction for the 2025-2028 period. It
covers our main goals related to Community Development, Content
Enhancement, Legal Status, Organizational Structure, and Partnerships.

Our 2024 Annual Report: This report gives a good overview of our
activities and achievements from last year (2024). It details our work in
areas like Education, Technical projects, Documentation, Content creation,
and Community building.

We wanted to share these openly as part of our commitment to transparency
and hopefully contribute something useful to the movement's collective
knowledge. We hope these resources give you a clear picture of Wikimedia
Morocco's work and plans.
