Hi African Wikimedians, We’re inviting Programs & Events Dashboard users to join our upcoming Community Testing & Feedback Call for the EduWiki Hub Programs & Events (P&E) Dashboard Project.
The session will provide an opportunity to see the latest Dashboard improvements, try out new and updated features, and share your experience and feedback with the project team. 📅 Session details: - Date: 18 September 2026 - Time: 16:00 UTC - Format: Online via Zoom Register here: P&E V2 Community Testing & Feedback Call <https://zoom.us/meeting/register/5zr-uxveT56ZB7aahluVKw?> After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the information needed to join the meeting. What will we do during the session? We’ll start with a brief overview of recent Dashboard updates and improvements, followed by a guided, hands-on testing session. Participants will have the opportunity to: - explore new and updated Dashboard features; - test functionality from a user's perspective; - identify bugs, usability issues, or areas that could be improved; and - share feedback and suggestions directly with the project team. This is intended to be an interactive session, so we encourage participants to come ready to test, ask questions, and share their experience. Who should join? The session is open to anyone who uses or supports the Programs & Events Dashboard as a programme organiser or campaign editor. No technical expertise is required. Your experience using the Dashboard is what matters, and your feedback will help us identify issues and make improvements that better support Wikimedia education programmes and their organisers. Learn more about the project: You can learn more about the Dashboard development work, current priorities, recent updates, technical contributors, and community participation on the project page: EduWiki Hub P&E Dashboard Project on Meta-Wiki <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/EduWiki_Hub_P%26E_Dashboard_Project?> We hope you’ll join us, invite your networks, and help shape the next improvements to the Programs & Events Dashboard. Best, Bukola EduWiki Hub Team
