There is another Nigerian commercial package available under the name of Konyin (handles Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo http://www.konyin.com/) and some localization efforts underway for different languages of the country. It is interesting that Paradigm incorporates a translator, but recalling past experience of others who've bought ambitious sounding MT software that didn't live up to expectations, I'd want to see what it can do before buying.
