I'm looking for something summing up the "Year" but in the meantime
will forward a number of articles I missed along the way that are of
interest. At the very least we can send 2006 off in a flurry of
information.
In the coming month there may be more retrospectives on the "Year." In
the meantime I'm proposing an informal follow-up year focusing on a
key technical issue important for use of many African languages on
computers and the internet: Unicode.
