among events happened on Internet Governance landscape. 
In the United States, House of Representatives passes email privacy bill while 
Europe accuse Google for preinstalling Google search on most mobile devices. On 
ICANN, we notice the IANA stewardship transition planning update. Also, some 
cyberpolitics news relating to Cuban Internet, Internet history in Russia,
