Diversity is an Accountability issue, is it not?

You, the Community, have approved the CCWG Accountability's Work
Stream 1 recommendation and can participate in the Work Stream 2
deliberations, where I think diversity is being discussed.

I do not agree that race should be a consideration.

Is not diverse (should I dare say black?) enough?

My academic training seems to agree with this observation.

I remember my interest in ICANN was actually provoked by the days when
Alice, Katim et al were on the board.

Without doubting the capability of the incoming members, it is important
that Nomcom takes the issue racial diversity alot more seriously. After
all, that is WHY ICANN is trying to be as 'international' as it can get.
Why not begin at the top?
