SUMMARY

This week, The 11th Internet Governance Forum took place from 6th to 9th 
December at Guadalajara, Mexico with the theme of 'Enabling Inclusive and 
Sustainable Growth' aimed to explore the ability of the Internet to foster 
development in sustainable and inclusive ways. Also, The Open Government 
Partnership Summit happened in Paris with a "report that offered insight into 
what's working and what isn't for the project". On data innovation,

released a comprehensive guide on how to integrate new sources of data into 
development and humanitarian work. On mobile regulation,
European Commission members met on Wednesday to discuss draft rules intended to 
eliminate roaming charges in the European Union as of June 15, 2017.
On cyberpolitics, The Kremlin published a new plan on Tuesday to defend Russia
