highlights include:


  *   An overview of the top digital policy trends in November, including the 
ongoing search for cyber-norms at international level, the debate on lethal 
autonomous weapons systems (LAWS) unfolding, new data breaches and cyber 
vulnerabilities raising questions about disclosure obligations for both 
companies and governments, courts continuing to shape the applicability of 
digital policies across different jurisdictions, and rifts appearing in

  *   A review of the main digital policy events that were held in 
International Geneva during the past month, such as the Geneva Digital Talks, 
the Geneva Peace Week, and the 6th United Nations Forum on Business and Human 
Rights."
