Hello everybody!

"All Governments, treaty-based international organizations, and global
organizations with international scope and presence, with operations across
regions, dealing with Internet governance-related issues, are invited to submit
requests for an Open Forum slot through this
e-form<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/igf-2019-open-forums-submission-form>.

Open Forums should focus on a Government or organization’s IG-pertinent
activities during the past year and allow sufficient time for questions and
discussions. In addition, it is suggested Open Forums link to one of the three
programme
themes<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/igf-2019-themes> this
year, selectable in the submission form: (1) Data Governance; (2) Digital
Inclusion; or (3) Security, Safety, Stability &
Resilience<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/content/igf-2019-themes>.
The inclusion of a background paper with the Open Forum request is strongly
encouraged. The standard duration for the session is 60 minutes.

Governments and treaty-based international organizations will be given slots on
a priority basis.

The deadline for requesting Open Forum slots at the 14th
IGF<https://www.intgovforum.org/multilingual/lexicon/8#IGF> is Friday 12 April
2019, 23:59 UTC."
