It is now a few days to the much anticipated AIS’20 Online. But first, here are your meeting updates: Delegate Registration about to close Registration for the AIS'20 Online meeting is drawing to a close. We, therefore, encourage you to register now at http://bit.ly/ais20-delegate-registration. Delegates are required to register for the meeting in order to access the meeting platform. Registration for AIS’20 closes on 6th September 2020. Why register? Registration for the meeting will allow you to attend all sessions of AIS'20. However, please note that successful registration for the AIS'20 meeting does not confer an automatic voting right to either the PDP Co-Chair or the NRO ASO AC election. We are using the Meetecho platform. Only registered attendees will be able to join the room and participate at the mic. Those that fail to register will not be able to join the meeting room and will have to follow the event on the youtube channel with no opportunity to voice their opinions at the mic. To ensure you can participate fully, please ensure that you are registered. Is AIS’20 Online your first AIS Meeting? It is the first time for us to organise the Africa Internet Summit online. However, we extend a warm welcome to delegates who have never attended any AIS Meeting before – Our Newcomers. We have scheduled a Newcomers Session on the 11th September 2020 at 9:00-13:00 UTC. This is a session to guide delegates on what to expect during the meeting. It is important that all newcomers register as delegates first before joining the session. Voters who fulfill the criteria, as laid down in the Election Process 2020 available at https://afrinic.net/election-process under Section 5.1b and 5.1.c will soon receive further information from the Election Committee on the how-to-vote and access the voting interface. Mais d'abord, voici une mise à jour : L'inscription des délégués est sur le point de se terminer L'inscription à la réunion en ligne de l'AIS'20 touche à sa fin. Nous vous encourageons donc à vous inscrire dès maintenant à l'adresse suivante : http://bit.ly/ais20-delegate-registration. Les délégués doivent s'inscrire à la réunion afin d'accéder à la plateforme de réunion. L'inscription à AIS'20 se termine le 6 septembre 2020. Pourquoi s'inscrire ? L'inscription à la réunion vous permettra d'assister à toutes les sessions d'AIS'20. Toutefois, veuillez noter que l'inscription à la réunion AIS'20 ne confère pas un droit de vote automatique au coprésident du PDP ou à l'élection du NRO ASO AC. Nous utilisons la plateforme Meetecho. Seuls les participants inscrits pourront rejoindre la salle et participer au micro. Ceux qui ne s'inscrivent pas ne pourront pas rejoindre la salle de réunion et devront suivre l'événement sur le canal youtube sans avoir la possibilité d'exprimer leurs opinions au micro. Afin de garantir votre entière participation, veuillez vous assurer que vous êtes inscrit. AIS'20 Online est-il votre première réunion AIS ? C'est la première fois que nous organisons le Sommet africain de l'Internet en ligne.
