Hadia has a good proposal, but I prefer to reformulate it in the following
way: " ICANN multi-stakeholder model and the increase in national
legislation and regulations".
This is because as originally proposed by Hadia, it looks like we already
have a position while the position should be the result of our discussion
during the drafting of the statement and than during the session at ICANN
70.
