The weight should be a reflection of the capability of the
trainer/consultant.  AFRINIC should only be endorsing a capability that
you've already proven.

None of the above are indicators of ability/competence as a trainer or
consultant.  However, your contributions to the wiki & mailing list on a
topic could be better proxies for your competence.
