---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thu, 02 Mar 2006 DRAWOFFSET with no parameters was not restoring the previous draw offset, it was reseting back to the original draw offset (like DRAWOFFSETRESET). Fixed. DRAWOFFSET with just two parameters now shifts the draw offset area, instead of shrinking it. DRAWOFFSET allows you to create a draw offset that is outside the bounds of the window.
