!!SERIOUS RISK OF BUGS IN TEXT IN THIS BUILD!!
Routines which handle text drawing (TEXTFROM TEXT LAYERTEXT), and text
calculation (TEXTHEIGHT, TEXTLINESHEIGHTFROM, TESTSTRPOSITIONHEIGHT) are
now merged into a single common block of code. All the duplicate code
has been eliminated. This eliminates some inconsistencies between text
drawing and calculation, but more importantly it drasticly simplifies
adding text features, getting rid of a whole round of checking and
debugging each time substantial changes were made to either set of code
in the past.
Start of Table support, not functional yet.
TEXTHTML now recognizes these Table tags:
<TABLE> // table
<TH> // table header
<TR> // table row
<TD> // table cell
<CAPTION> // table caption
<COLGROUP> // groups of table columns
<COL> // the attribute values for one or more
columns in a table
<THEAD> // table head
<TBODY> // table body
<TFOOT> // table footer
<DIV> // doc division
The <TABLE> tag recognizes these attributes, the values are parsed, pushed onto
a table stack, and restored after a </TABLE> tag.
