Bahan-bahannya :

200 gr Ikan tenggiri giling
6 sdm Tepung sagu
1 butir telur
4 cubes kecil es batu
1 sdt garam
1 sdm kecap ikan
2 sdm kecap asin
2 sdt gula pasir
penyedap secukupnya (optional)
2 batang daun bawang
2 siung bawang merah

minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara :

Campur semua bahan, aduk rata dengan tangan.
Siapkan minyak dalam wajan, panaskan
Remas bahan otak-otak ikan dengan tangan kanan, keluarkan bakso di antara 
telunjuk dan ibu jari, ambil dengan sendok, lalu goreng dalam minyak panas 
sampai matang.

Sajikan bakso goreng ikan / otak-otak goreng ikan tenggiri dengan sambal kacang 
atau sambel pedas.
