makan nasi sekali aja fit lewat dari jam 5 jangan makan karbohidrat sama sekali kalo mau, sayur atau buah, atau lauk deh, tapi jangan pake karbohidrat sama sekali kalo bisa nasinya juga diganti nasi merah yah, hehehehe sebulan kekna deh atau 3 minggu gw biasanya pagi sarapan lontong sayur, siang makan nasi, malam minum susu
