Kalo wajib ? Kalo pribadi sih nggak begitu recommend, secara gue sebagai
penggila film berbau vampir, werewolf, dll, ngerasa film ini cemen banget ttg
vampirnya ... tapi ya buat film santai, tonton aja deh karena nggak ribet,
tokohnya juga nggak sebanyak lord of the rings.

(30/6/2010). Ini dia, beberapa fakta di balik penggarapan 'Eclipse'.
1. Berperan lagi sebagai Bella Swan, aktris Kristen Stewart harus
memakai wig. Hal itu dilakukan karena Kristen memotong pendek
rambutnya saat tampil di 'Runaways'.
2. Aktor muda Xavier Samuel tampil sebagai Riley, vampire baru yang
memburu Bella Swan. Sebelumnya, David Slade sang sutradara sempat
melirik Tom Felton (pemeran Draco Malfoy di Harry Potter) dan Channing
Tatum (G.I.Joe) untuk memerankan karakter tersebut.
3. Sebelum David Slade, sempat berhembus kabar aktris Drew Barrymore
akan mengisi posisi sebagai sutradara 'Eclipse'.
4. Model Miranda Kerr dan Vanessa Hudgens sempat diunggulkan untuk
menjadi Leah Clearwater, salah satu anggota kelompok werewolf. Namun
akhirnya, pilihannya jatuh ke bintang 'Jonah Hex', Julia Jones.
5. 'Eclipse' berhasil memecahkan rekor pemesanan tiket di Amerika Serikat.
6. Sebelumnya, David Slade pernah bilang dirinya tidak akan menggarap
film-film 'Twilight'. Namun David sepertinya harus menjilat ludahnya
sendiri. David yang sukses dengan film '30 Days of Night ' pun
berdalih saat itu ia hanya bercanda.
7. Aktris Kristen Stewart memiliki mata berwarna hijau. Untuk
mencocokan karakter Bella, ia juga harus mengenakan lensa kontak
berwarna cokelat.
