Tak lupa sering mengkonsumsi air putih minimal sembilan liter perhari. Cara lain yang dapat ditempuh berupa asupan makanan yaitu buah dan sayur berserat tinggi untuk memperlancar peredaran air liur sehingga remineralisasi permukaan gigi akan sangat terbantu mencegah kropos awal gigi. Selain itu diperlukan pola hidup sehat secara kontinyu. Faktor kebiasaan juga dapat mempengaruhi seseorang terkena sariawan atau yang lebih parah radang tenggorokan. Menyikat gigi secara perlahan, menggunakan sikat gigi yang berbulu halus serta konsultasikan enam bulan sekali ke dokter mulut dan gigi. Selamat Mencoba.
