Kan pada saat pembelian BB yg resmi, biasanya ada garansi dari Berindo atau lainnya, ada yg 1 tahun atau 2 tahun. Kalo dia garansi resmi, itu free of charge selama segelnya nggak diapa2in bahkan ada yg diganti handset baru.
Kalo yg beli di toko, ya paling garansi toko slama 1 tahun, biasanya bb yg berasal dri toko, ada cap provider seluler asing kayak Vodafone dll. Jadi untuk amannya beli aja yg ada garansi resmi biar kita nyaman dlm ber-BB.
