Mengenai aktivitas perkantoran, sekolah, perguruan tinggi, maupun perdagangan di Yogyakarta, Raja Keraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat ini berharap tidak sampai terhenti, tetapi kemungkinan hanya terhambat.
