Melihat sang komodo itu tampak enggan melayani aksinya dan mencoba lari ke semak semak, panji makin kasar dan brutal menarik ekornya, hingga pada satu titik hewan peninggalan prasejarah itu benar2 tidak bisa menahan amarahnya, di kejarnya panji hingga beberapa puluh meter, panji yang tidak menyangka respon binatang tsb kalang kabut, lari pontang panting. Kameraman yang mengambil gambar tak bisa berbuat apa apa, tapi ia tak ada pilihan lain kecuali terus mengarahkan kamera pada adegan mengerikan itu, jeritan panji yang memilukan minta tolong pun sontak hilang saat kuku tajam komodo tsb menggasak lehernya, crottt... srettt srett.. darah mengalir deras, hidup memang kejam. Ya kira2 demikianlah berita yang gw baca di detik..com dalam mimpi gw waktu ketiduran di depan tv setelah liat aksi panji & komodo di salah satu tv swasta kemarin. Mungkin karena sebel liat aksinya bener2 nggak bermutu, konyol. Mengganggu hewan liar dengan kasar cuma demi kepentingan syuting, apa sih yg mau di tampilkan? Pamer keberanian lawan hewan buas? Apa manfaat yang kami dapat dari tontonan itu? cuma dongkol yg luar biasa sambil mengumpat "tengil banget nih anak, sok jagoan sama binatang" Informasi yang doi kasih pun sangat2 lucu dan dangkal : "ya pemirsa, ini lah dia komodo (gak usah dibilang juga udah tau), ia binatang yang sangat buas dan bisa mengibas ngibaskan ekornya (ya mana ada binatang buas mengibas ngibaskan duit cebanan?) aya aya wae. Beda banget sama acara produksi luar seperti steve Irwin (alm) ato rob bredl yang ngasih banyak informasi2 penting seputar hewan yg di eksplore nya.
