Gw kemarin kalo claim, mobil dibawa ke kantor cabang terdekat si asuransi, terus disana langsung buat reportnya, dari si asuransinya setelah selesai reportnya, dirujuk ke bengkel nya, tar dari sana tinggal bawa mobil ke bengkelnya. Nanti dibengkel, diestimasi berapa lama pengerjaan, tar kalo dah beres di call dari bengkelnya, atau kalo dah nyampe waktunya, call aja ke bengkelnya. Kalo dah selesai, tinggal ambil and bayar dah biaya OR nya, sama kasi tips ke montir Ħęέº-̮º..Ħęέº-̮º..Ħęέº-̮º
