coba di awali dengan menyusun ( menulis ) apa saja yang dilakukan.. setelah lengkap dari a s/d z, coba temukan kelemahan dan kelebihan dari yang telah dilakukan, setelah terkumpul semua, baru deh di buat SOP nya..
