Tergantung Management System nya Bon.
Kalau company yg bagus dan terintegrasi dengan standard management mutu yg
bagus pasti tidak terjadi hal2x seperti itu.
Biasanya kejadian over load/over lap job terjadi pada sejenis perusahaan
keluarga atau perusahaan kecil yg belum ada management system nya.
