pertanyaannya kurang jelas bro.. simplenya mungkin seperti ini : 1. gaji dikali 12 (satu tahun) 2. dikurangi biaya jabatan sebesar 5% 3. di kurangi biaya lainya yang bisa dijadikan pengurangan (PPH pasal 9 UU no38 tahun 2008) jadi kalo asuransi di bayar oleh perusahaan tidak bisa dikurangkan.. kecuali sebaliknya) 4. hitung jumlah bruto (ex di atas no1 dikurangi no 2 & 3) 5. truzz penghasilan bruto itu dikurang PTKP (ex: Kawin satu anak itu K/1 18.480.000) ada di UU no38 tahun 2008 untuk lebih detail besarnya PTKP. maka setelah dikurangkan dapet penghasilan netto 6. nah dari penghasilan netto tsb, baru lah kita hitung pajaknya sesuai tarif pajaknya...
