Munich Re adalah perusahaan reasuransi terbesar di dunia, perusahaan ini mengasuransi perusahaan-perusahaan asuransi lainnya. Salah satu bagian Munich Re, Ergo, mengatakan kepada BBC, Jumat (20/5), bahwa pesta tersebut dilakukan untuk memberikan hadiah kepada para pegawai pemasaran. Juru bicara perusahaan mengatakan penyelenggara acara tersebut sekarang sudah tidak lagi bekerja di perusahaan itu. Pesta itu dilakukan pada 2007, namun baru diberitakan ke publik baru-baru ini. Pesta digelar di tempat mandi thermal atau spa di Ibu Kota Hungaria, Budapes, sebagai hadiah bagi pegawai pemasaran yang dinilai sangat berhasil. Tamu pesta berjumlah 100 orang sedangkan PSK yang disediakan berjumlah 20 orang. Sebuah koran Jerman Handelsblatt mengatakan PSK mengenakan gelang tangan berwarna yang berarti mereka siap melayani. Tangan mereka akan distempel setiap selesai "bekerja". Menurut seorang peserta pesta, seperti dikutip Handelsblatt, para tamu dapat membawa wanita itu ke tempat tidur di spa dan melakukan apa pun yang mereka inginkan. "Para wanita memakai gelang merah dan kuning. Satu kelompok bertindak sebagai hostes, yang lainnya siap melayani apa saja. "Ada juga wanita yang memakai gelang warna putih. Mereka hanya melayani anggota dewan direktur dan tenaga pemasaran terbaik." Juru bicara Ergo mengatakan, pesta tersebut sudah terjadi dan ini bukanlah hadiah yang biasa diberikan kepada para pegawai. Dikatakan, perusahaan tersebut sekarang sudah menerapkan peraturan baru.
