Kalo kerusakan bukan salah user (seperti di cerita loe)....knp dia yg dikenakan biaya recovery ? Atau ada pembicaraan verbal antara atasan dan user utk biaya recovery ini ? Kalo itu hd kantor...isinya data2 kantor... dan bukan user yg menyebabkan kerusakan... Mnurut gw siy ...Harusnya gak dibebankan ke user...
