tertangkap oleh KPK. Dan kepada rekan-rekan kerja di SKK MIGAS saya juga memohon maaf atas apa
yang terjadi kepada diri saya dan saya berharap apa yang terjadi pada diri saya ini menjadi
pelajaran berharga bagi rekan-rekan di SKK MIGAS khususnya dan di Industri Migas pada umumnya.
Karena kalau saya boleh mengatakan apa adanya apa yang telah saya lakukan bukanlah semata atas
kehendak saya pribadi namun saya lebih kepada situasi yang membuat saya terjepit karena adanya
permintaan dana yang cukup besar kepada saya dari pengurus partai berkuasa yang akan melakukan
konvesi.
Permintaan dana tersebut mereka lakukan hampir setiap saat kepada saya dan seringkali tidak
mengenal waktu, sementara disatu sisi saya pribadi juga tidak mempunyai dana seperti yang mereka
minta, apalagi saat ini saya juga sedang memikirkan ibu saya yang sedang sakit disalah satu rumah
sakit di Bandung dan juga saya masih punya kewajiban pelunasan pembayaran rumah di jalan Brawijaya
yang belum saya lunasi sepenuhnya, dan dalam situasi seperti itulah saya tidak dapat menolak uang
yang disodorkan kehadapan saya dengan harapan saya dapat mengurangi tekanan permintaan dana dari
pengurus partai berkuasa yang sejujurnya sudah sangat mengganggu pikiran dan konsentrasi saya
dalam bekerja untuk memperbaiki Industri Perminyakan di tanah air.
Demikian permohonan maaf ini saya ucapkan dengan rasa penyesalan yang mendalam, sekali lagi saya
memohon maaf kepada semua pihak yang telah saya kecewakan."
