mengenali emosi diri.

Di saat emosi mulai mewarnai diri kita, kita mengenalinya dan mampu
mengendalikannya dengan baik.

Emosi dapat berarti emosi positif seperti senan dan bahagia ataupun emosi
negatif seperti marah. Dalam kadar normal, emosi adalah hal yang baik dan
diperlukan manusia.

Tapi jika berlebihan... Itulah mengapa kita hendaknya mampu
mengendalikannya dengan baik.

Being the BETTER man in this LIFE by CONTROLLING what you have inside. Be
WISER by knowing when and how to HANDLE your EMOTIONS. Don't let them
control you and put A REGRET in the FUTURE. Be YOU always.
