Kalau mau buka usaha kecil2an bukan di mall dan pengen eksis di dunia persilatan usaha perhatikan langkah berikut : Tempat pembuatan Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan dilakukan di kantor Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan di Daerah Tingkat II atau setingkat dengan Kabupaten atau Kotamadya setempat. Bagi Kabupaten atau kota yang sudah di lengkapi unit pelayanan terpadu bisa mendapatkannya di sana berikut dengan perizinan lainnya. Tahapan dan Persyaratan 1. Pemilik atau pelaku usaha mengurus sendiri atau melalui kuasa yang dikuasakan ke kantor Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan setempat untuk mengurus perizinan. 2. Mengambil formulir pendaftaran, mengisi formulir SIUP / PDP bermaterai Rp 6.000 yang ditandaangani oleh pemilik usaha. Kemudian formulir yang sudah diisi kemudian di fotocopy sebanyak dua rangkap, yang dilengkapi dengan syarat - syarat berikut : * Fotocopy akte pendirian usaha atau badan hukum sebanyak 3 lembar * Fotocopy KTP ( Kartu Tlo Penduduk ) sebanyak 3 lembar * Fotocopy NPWP ( No Pokok Wajib Pajak ) sebanyak 3 lembar * Fotocopy ijin gangguan atau HO sebanyak 3 lembar * Neraca perusahaan sebanyak 3 lembar * Gambar denah lokasi tempat usaha 3. Untuk biaya pembuatan Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan ditentukan oleh masing masing daerah melalui peraturan daerah masing - masing. Karena itu di tiap daerah tarif yang di tentukan berbeda - beda. Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan sangat lo perlukan untuk menunjang usaha perdagangan lo, dengan adanya Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan maka usaha yang lo jalankan akan lebih aman dan lo pun tenang karena terhindar dari berbagai masalah perijinan yang sering berakibat hingga penggusuran tempat usaha lo. Fotocopy Surat Keputusan Pengesahan Badan Hukum dari Instansi berwenang Fotocopy KTP Pemilik / Dirut Utama / Penanggungjawab perusahaan Fotocopy Surat Izin Tempat Usaha Fotocopy Izin Gangguan / HO Fotocopy NPWP perusahaan Neraca awal perusahaan Pasfoto 4 x 6 Koperasi Fotocopy Akta pendirian koperasi yang mendapatkan pengesahan dari instansi berwenang Fotocopy KTP Pemilik / Dirut Utama / Penanggungjawab perusahaan Fotocopy Izin Gangguan / HO Fotocopy NPWP perusahaan Neraca awal perusahaan Pasfoto 4 x 6 Persekutuan Comanditer (CV) Fotocopy Akta pendirian perusahaan / akta Notaris yang telah didaftarkan pada Pengadilan Negeri Fotocopy KTP Pemilik / Penanggung jawab perusahaan Fotocopy Surat Izin Tempat Usaha Fotocopy Izin Gangguan / HO Fotocopy NPWP perusahaan Neraca awal perusahaan Pasfoto 4 x 6 Perusahaan Perseorangan (PO) Fotocopy SIUP Perusahaan Pusat yang dilegalisir oleh Pejabat berwenang menerbitkan SIUP tersebut Fotocopy Akta atau Penunjukkan tentang Pembukaan Kantor Cabang Perusahaan Fotocopy KTP Penanggung jawab Kantor cabang Fotocopy TDP Kantor Pusat Fotocopy HO dari Pemerintah tempat kedudukan Kantor Cabang Sekarang gue masih tetep bingung ape yang lo maksud.
