One more comment....
Make sure to update your pear package:
If you do a "pear list-upgrades" you will most likely see "XML_RPC" and
"PEAR".
On a few of the machines I tested this on I found that if you run a
"pear upgrade-all" you will get some errors.
When I did a "pear upgrade XML_RPC" first, then did "pear upgrade pear"
I did not get any errors.

Since that is not the case at the moment I have created an
"agavi_svn_install" script.
Bob said (7-27-2005) that he was going to do something similar to this
but I thought this might be my way to get involved.
This script checks the Pear dependencies and installs/upgrades them as
needed before it checks out the svn project, builds the Pear package
(via etc/generate_package.php) , uninstalls the previous agavi (pear
uninstall agavi) then installs the new package.

Please let me know if this is worth adding to the project. Also if
