If you are running subversion 1.2+ on your server, you'll want to get
subclipse directly from the source (subclipse.tigris.org) because
pipestone still only has 0.9.30 (the last version for svn 1.1), but the
latest version of subclipse is 0.9.36. The 0.9.30 version is BC with
subversion 1.2+, but you don't have access to all features of svn unless
you run a version of subclipse designed for svn 1.2+ which means
subclipse 0.9.31+.
The eclipse install/update URL is http://subclipse.tigris.org/update
