Fixes commited, merged back to trunk, new version tagged as 0.10.1b.
We're ready for takeoff, Bob, you can simply export from tags/0.10.1b
and re-roll. A notice on the front page with today's date would be
good so people know that the first two attempts on rolling something
that works didn't go well ;)
