I should have mentioned that there is a way to pretty-print the
exceptions, defining __agavi_printStackTrace(). This could probaby be used too, but this doesn't seem to include any handy features for
handling it in a more convenient way, ie module/action, so I suppose the
patch isn't quite moot :)
