Mike, I think this is a terrible argument. We are not in kindergarten and we do not get prizes for the effort or for trying.
Arthur's code is of poor quality and of highly dubious function, and his claims are completely unsubstantiated. Elon Musk, on the other hand, founded and partially managed OpenAI, which actually produced a wealth of code and publications of top academic quality, following rigorous development processes and certified by strong peer review.
