Hi I'm interested in establishing an AGI Research Hub in Panama. The first objective would be to complete a testable, Logical Architectural Blueprint for a beta platform to enable AGI-type services.
Does anyone know where in the EU, or Asia, or the Americas one can apply to for funding for such a research hub?
