What a crazy thread...
Here's a tip that will work on any non-spam mailing list in the known
universe:
Using your mail reader, get it to show you full headers -> read them and
be shocked. -> you'll feel embarassed about how easy it is.
Go ahead try this with any mailing list you might be subscribed to!
